We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. All sales are final. Custom-made, please be sure to double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Damage & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or your received the wrong item, contacts us right away with photos at nightowlprintsociety@gmail.com
- claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
- After 3 days, we cannot offer replacement or credit due to the time passed.

- Color Variations: Color may appear slightly different due to monitor/screen settings.
- Application & Use: We are not responsible for improper use, pressing, or application of DTF transfers once delivered.
Trademark & Copyright: Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any logos, characters, or trademark material they submit for custom orders. Night Owl Print Society is not liable for any legal issues that may occur from copyrighted designs provided by customers.
Lost or Stolen Packages:Â Once your order has been shipped and tracking number provided, Owls After Dark Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for claims.
Address Accuracy:Â Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout . If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to have the order reshipped.
