Processing Time

All orders are designed and prepared within 2-3 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays.) 

Delivery & Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please keep an eye on your inbox so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Lost & Stolen Packages

Owls After Dark Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you'd like added protection, we recommend purchasing shipping Insurance at checkout.
