We do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges. All sales are final. For custom-made items , please be sure to double-check your order before completing your purchases.

Custom Prints Notice: 

Please note that whatever file you upload is exactly how it will be printed. The quality of the final product depends on the quality of the file you provide. Files must be submitted in PNG format and ready to print, as we do not make any changes or edits to your artwork .

Damages &  Order Issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact is right away with photos at nightowlprintsociety@gmail.com.

  • Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. 
  • After 3 days, we cannot offer replacement or credit due to the time passed.

Disclaimers

  • Color Variations: Colors may appear slightly different due to monitor/screen settings.
  • Application & Use: We are not responsible for improper use, pressing, or application of DTF transfers once delivered.
  • Trademark & Copyright: Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any logos, characters, or trademarked material they submit for custom orders. Night Owl Print Society is not liable for any legal issues that may occur from copyrighted designs provided by customers.
  • Shipping Disclaimers: Once a package leaves our hands and tracking is provided, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for delivery issues.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to have the order shipped.
